Abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear, publication-ready English.

The submitting author must ensure that all co-authors have agreed with the submission.

Conference Awards

To encourage active student participation, several awards will be presented during the conference. Award recipients will receive certificates and trophies.

Award recipients will be selected by the conference committee, and the awards will be presented onsite during the conference.

• Best Presentation Awards for Young Researchers

Presented to young oral speakers in recognition of outstanding presentation skills, scientific merit, and engagement with the audience.

• Best Poster Awards

Awarded to presenters whose posters demonstrate excellence in scientific quality, clarity of presentation, and effective communication of research outcomes.

• Advanced Nanocomposites Emerging Research Awards

Presented in collaboration with journal Advanced Nanocomposites, this award recognizes innovative and promising research contributions in the field of nanocomposites and related areas.
